The John Phillip Sousa Foundation committee meetings are to be held December 20 and 21 at the Midwest Clinic.  Please check room assignments as many have been changed from previous years.  The Board of Directors will meet at the Lake Michigan Room on the 8th floor.  All committee meetings will be held in Room 4L and 4D on the 4th floor.  Please end your meetings 5 minutes before the hour.  This will provide time for the incoming group to set up.  The Sousa Reception will be at 6:00 p.m. on Friday in the Williford "C" room located on the 3rd floor.
